The University of California offers varied courses to the general public to assist in furthering their educational goals through Continuing & Professional Eduation, the university's outreach division. For nearly a half-century in collaboration with the Department of Viticulture & Enology’s faculty and staff, they have developed a number of excellent wine making and grape growing classes, bringing world-class winemaking education courses to the general public. Current and aspiring viticulturists, enologists, cellar workers and associated wine industry professionals, both amateur and professional have all benefited from the unparalleled expertise assembled.
