Job Title: Bouchaine 2025 Harvest Internship

Job Description: Bouchaine Vineyards is seeking qualified Harvest Interns for the 2024 season. We are a family owned 100-acre property, founded in 1981, and located in the Carneros District of Napa Valley. Bouchaine produces ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, along with small amounts of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Riesling, Syrah and Merlot. From vineyard sampling to all aspects of winery work, this is an all-encompassing experience working alongside an amazing team of wine professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Vineyard sampling and juice sample analysis.
• Receiving and processing grapes.
• Fermentation management such as performing pump overs & punch downs, additions and pressing.
• Barrel Management such as cleaning and barrel downs.
• Cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Draining & digging out tanks.
Job Requirements/Skills:
• Positive attitude with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, reliable and efficient.
• Proficiency in communication and time management.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work long hours including weekends.
• Have reliable transportation and housing.
• Must be U.S. Citizen or have current U.S. work authorization.

Pay Scale: $23-28, DOE
