Corey Beck, Chief Operating Officer of Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits, brings more than three decades of leadership in the wine and spirits industry. A Calistoga native, Corey began his career in viticulture and winemaking after earning a degree in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis.
In 1998, Corey joined Francis Ford Coppola Winery, where he spent more than 20 years in roles of increasing responsibility. Starting as Winemaker, he was later promoted to Director of Winemaking and General Manager and ultimately served as Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, Corey played a central role in expanding Coppola’s portfolio, overseeing vineyard operations, production, and innovation, and building the winery into one of the most recognized brands in California. In 2019, Corey Beck was named one of the “Top 50 Leaders” in the wine industry by Wine Business Monthly. In 2021, Corey joined Delicato Family Wines as Executive Vice President of Production and Chief Winemaker, where he led winemaking, operations, and supply chain strategy. He has held prominent industry roles over the years, such as serving as President of the Sonoma County Vintners and of the Alexander Valley Winegrowers.
Corey joined Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits in May 2025 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he oversees Winemaking, Viticulture, Production, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Export teams, driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment across a portfolio of more than 50 brands. Corey’s vision is rooted in accountability and adaptability—qualities he believes are essential to navigating industry shifts and delivering long-term value. His leadership supports Trinchero’s commitment to innovation, global expansion, and sustainable growth as a family-owned company rooted in Napa Valley for more than seven decades.
