Stephanie Edge is the VP of Group Winemaking at Constellation Brands, based out of Napa California. She leads a centralized team with a companywide perspective to drive key objectives aligned with the strategic vision and direction of the company while enhancing brand building through new product development, efficiency, and innovation with R&D, managing bulk supply, and production winemaking at a luxury bottling facility in Napa.

A native of Australia, Stephanie received her Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree (Oenology and Viticulture) from Adelaide University, Australia which included a one-year exchange to the University of California Davis. Her success has come from her tenacity and resourcefulness in problem-solving, inquisitive nature, and flexibility to adapt from the small to the largest winery in the world, crossing both hemispheres as well as from the private and public sector.

Stephanie also has a passion for helping women realize their potential and empower their leadership journey. She is the Executive Sponsor of CBI’s WISE (Women’s Business Resource Group). She has coached groups of women and mentors individuals from various organizations through their leadership journey. In her free time, Stephanie loves to ride her motorcycle in the Napa hills, explore new cultures by traveling with her husband and is currently writing her memoirs of 6 years of backpacking around the world.
